At Jo Mercer, we want you to love your new shoes, which is why we offer a flexible returns policy for both online and in-store purchases within 21 days of delivery. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our team is committed to ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your footwear is in its original, unworn condition and packed in the original Jo Mercer shoe box to qualify for a return or exchange.
- 2.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.
- 3.Pack and Post
Print your generated shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at any Australia Post location or return them directly to a Jo Mercer boutique.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
